I was running low on veggies, so I kept it simple. But sometimes simple it the best way. <br /></p><br /><p>This guy has:</p><br /><br /><ul><li>Mama Mary thin crust, with olive oil spread on the edges</li><br /><li>The kind of sauce that I buy (starts with an M, white label)</li><br /><li>Sun Dried Tomatoes (about 2 dozen)</li><br /><li>Garlic (3 cloves)</li><br /><li>Mozzarella, Cheddar, Colby Jack and Parmesan cheeses</li></ul><br /><br /><p>Baked 13 minutes at 450 degrees.</p><br /><br /><p>The Sun dried tomatoes are great because they come in an herb-infused olive oil. The garlic goes on top of everything, leaving it crispy. There is a long line all the time because it’s pretty popular thanks to Zagat. The pizza has a great crust and is cooked in a coal-fired brick oven.
